Deck Lid Latch Striker Plate On Apron, '64 & Earlier
Is your deck lid hard to latch? It is very common for this little striker plate to be damaged, which can cause the deck lid to be difficult to latch. Normally, it is welded in place, but can be screwed or riveted, as well.
